So many things can go wrong at pepboys.

Removing the transmission gasket..and then checking stock and finding they have no gasket in stock.
Pepboys is fine for autoparts…but !
@1boysinblue everybody that hates pep boys is right, they treat grown ups like they need daycare, and they treat grown men like sissies, it makes me sick to think about how horrible this situation really is, employers? cut our hours and pay us nothing while they get “high” off all our hard work, making our lives meaningless at best I am suprised more people dont go ape shit on a dayly basis,
Why do people get off on calling grown men “boys” they make people hateful. Every time somebody calls me boy? it drives me up the wall. People are so dumb.
I have all my certs. and I am ashamed to work at pep boys and wear their gay ass uniforms and get fucked every paycheck. I just want out, and if I had to do it again-I would have stayed on unemployment until I found a much better job. Everybody I have ever talked to that works there hates it and is always looking to get out. So If I was looking for service on my? car, I would go anywhere but pep boys even if it costs more.
Pep boys is the most ass backward company (I’m a tech and have worked there for about 5 months.) They don’t pay shit for commission so we don’t give a shit and when it works for us-we fuck the customer every time. They advertise things for free? just to get you there and you always leave disappointed and pissed off. The parts REALLY suck so go anywhere but pep boys for parts. I’m used to working at professional places like dealerships but none are hiring so I have to work at this shithole.

I know how they do everything for less: they save money by charging for a full oil change and only using half the correct amount. ? Problem is, 7 weeks is how long it takes a Chrysler engine to lock up after this. Still waitingfor Pep Boys to man up and fix the car they ruined. We call this fraud in Ohio.
pep boys have many items in stocks but their mechanic service? is a rip off n they cant seem to fix the simple problems.
